Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond normal inspection may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase:
    Include your order number and a copy of your receipt in your correspondence.
  3. Complete the Return Form:
    If applicable, fill out the return form provided by our customer support team.
  4. Return the Product:
    Ship the product to the address provided in your refund confirmation email.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain products, such as final sale items or personalized/custom orders, are not eligible for refunds. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Processing Your Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.
